One all-inclusive monthly price — rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and any stated services. The price on the listing is the whole price.
Furnished, move-in-ready rooms.
Written house rules shared with every applicant.
A stated cleaning routine for shared spaces.
Accurate availability — rooms confirmed open every 30 days.
Responding to applicants within a few days.
ID verification both sides.
