I’ve been sharing my Cheesman Park home with housemates since 2018, and I built this site to make well-run coliving homes easy to find — starting with Denver. I live on-site, reply to every inquiry within 24 hours, and do live video showings the same day so you can see the real room from anywhere.

What this site is

USA Coliving Finder is an independent online marketplace that connects coliving landlords with renters. We are a venue only: we do not own, manage, inspect, or lease the homes listed, we are not a party to any lease or tenancy, and we are not a real estate broker, property manager, or landlord. Decisions about who rents and where you live are made directly between landlords and renters.

Every listing is added only by its landlord, or with the owner’s permission, and every landlord passes a government-ID check before their listing goes live. Renters never pay USA Coliving Finder anything: rent and deposits go directly to your landlord, and you’ll always know the exact address before you pay.
